Using the strengths of past projects and enhancements we implement a version of the site using best practice principles for design and programming. We keep things simple with an eye towards future expansion and modification.

We test our implementation on members of the targeted user group. If there are concerns that need to be addressed we analyze these strengths and weaknesses and the development cycle begins anew.
